Andy is a 15 year old Clydesdale gelding that is a masterful coach as well as upper level dressage horse.

Maddie is the sensitive one! A young 5 year old Clydesdale mare that is an old soul full of wisdom.

Nikki is a 14 year old Clydesdale mare that has had a fantastic show career and is ready to work!
Jupiter
Jupiter is our resident pony! She is spicy to the core and presents an element of fun to everything.
Ghost & Ranger
No barn is complete without barn cats! Ghost and Ranger are siblings although you will most likely never see Ghost. (Hence the name!)

Before You Arrive
We will have some pre-work including an assessment which provides insight into three key dimensions of performance: behavior, motivation and emotional intelligence.
Food
All meals, drinks and snacks are included. We work with a fabulous personal chef who makes the most delicious and often super healthy meals. (Okay, so the desserts aren't necessarily 'super healthy', but they are delicious!) She is able to work with any special dietary needs as well!
Wrapping Up Each Day
You will build connection as you fellowship with one another at the end of the day around the fire pit before being driven back to your hotel..
This is an all inclusive retreat!
Your investment includes:
All meals, snacks, and drinks; your hotel room (single occupancy with a king bed); transportation to and from the ranch starting Thursday evening; your assessment; materials; photos; and unique leadership experience. Once you arrive at the hotel on Thursday, you won't have to manage anything more until you are returned to your hotel on Sunday.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where will I be staying?
We have reserved hotel rooms for each guest at the new Quality Inn & Suites in Castle Rock, Colorado.
How will I get from the hotel to Whole Heart Ranch?
Due to the remote location of Whole Heart Ranch, we found a wonderful hotel about 30 min from the ranch. We have a car service that will transport you between the hotel and the ranch each day. All you need to do is get to the hotel by Thursday afternoon! (And have transportation back to the airport on Sunday afternoon if you are flying in.)
Which airport should I fly into?
Castle Rock, Colorado is about 45 min south of the Denver airport, and 50 min north of Colorado Springs.
Could I ride share from the airport with another participant?
You are welcome to coordinate that, and we are happy to do what we can to help you connect with another attendee.
What if I want to bring a business partner?
Fantastic! We encourage you to bring an associate that you are working with or someone you know that also wants to grow their leadership skills. Check out our 'companion' discount!
What should I wear?
Be comfortable! We will be out in the country, so jeans, boots or tennis shoes would be best.
The schedule seems like it's non-stop. Will there be any down time?
We have allowed for breaks of all sorts during our time together. There will be a good balance of activities, group learning and reflection, along with food and fun!
